The Metal Frame Parabolic Screen Filter is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel wire strip processed into a trapezoidal section. Using automated production equipment, the wire is wound onto support bars and then processed through cutting and welding to form a durable screening product.

The trapezoidal cross-section design features wider slots at the lower part compared to the upper part, providing excellent leakage characteristics along with superior wear and corrosion resistance. This rigid screening solution offers high strength, stiffness, and load capacity, and can be customized into various filter shapes.
