Wedge wire sieve bends are constructed from stainless steel wedge wires, featuring a concave curved profile wire screen inserted into a stainless steel frame. These components are manufactured through a precise process of wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire with support rods, then cutting and curving the panel screens into arc screens.

The continuous slot design ensures efficient filtering performance. The curved screen structure enhances filtration capacity and performance as materials flow against its surface, outperforming standard wedge wire screen panels.
