Product Description

Stainless Steel Based Well Screen Two Layer Wedge Wire Screen Pipe can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel (spray, galvanized), primarily used in oil, gas and water wells.

Applications include sand control, chemical industry, papermaking, water treatment and other industries. Sieve plates are mostly used in water treatment and paper industry.

Available slot sizes (mm): 0.02, 0.04, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.30,... 3, and can be adjusted according to user needs.

Note: The outer diameter of the sieve tube is related to the selection of the size of the sieve bar. The diameter of the sieve tube is between 33 and 500. Length between 200-6000mm can be processed according to user requirements.

Double layer pre-filling screen tube consists of different single layer wire winding screens grouped together, with quartz sand filled in the annular space formed by the double-layer screen tube. Solid sealing ensures tight filling of quartz sand, achieving effective sand control and reducing construction time with quick, visible results.
