Closed Up Rotary Screen Drum, SS 304 Wedge Wire Screen Drum Filtration

We supply a range of internally fed Rotary Screen Drums designed for high-efficiency filtration applications.

Our screens consist of a wedge wire drum with an internal feed tank that controls flow velocities and reduces impact force on the wedge wire surface. The system operates with effluent water flowing onto the screen face, with dewatering occurring between the 3 and 6 o'clock positions.

The filtration process works by allowing cleaned liquor to pass through the screen element while trapping solids on the screen face. Collected solids are then discharged via the screen drum mouth.
