SUS 316 Reverse V Profile Wedge Wire Screen Basket Drum Back Flush Filter Treatment

Johnson screen drum is made by Johnson screen mesh through reverse welding. There are two types of the screen cylinder: the inside circle wire (circle gap) and the inside vertical wire (vertical gap). It can be customized according to customer requirements with liquid flow from inside to outside.

The continuous and self-cleaning effect of the rotating screens enables higher flow capacities than other screen types, resulting in substantial savings for both investment and maintenance. The drum screen is a mechanical self-cleaning device developed to efficiently and economically remove suspended solids from mixed liquid streams.
