V Wire Johnson Wound-Screen is made by winding cold-rolled wire, approximately triangular in cross section, around a circular array of the longitudinal rods. The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights.

There is a fixed value slot between each V wire, and the continuous slot is designed to provide maximum open area to reduce entrance velocity, increase hydraulic efficiency and promote more effective development.

The profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration. According to the different usage, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements.

What's more, we can customize the wedge wire filter element such as filter tube, filter basket based on the clients requirements.

• Not easy to jam: The special V shaped wire makes the hole of screen outside face smaller than inside, so the hole is not easy to jam.
