Johnson Continuous Slot Water wire screens, also called water well screen, Vee wire well screens, Wedge wire screen, are made of V or wedge shaped wires around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. It is designed to serve as the intake portion of wells constructed in unconsolidated or semi-consolidated aquifers. This design supplies a continuous slot openings, which allows water to enter the well freely in ample quantities and keeps the majority of sand and gravels out of the well at the same time.

Johnson Continuous Slot Water Wire Screen Features:

Inward opening slots (in-flow) prevents sand particles from remaining lodged in screen.
High efficient and ensures consistent pumping and long well life
Specially V-shaped wire structure with two point welding prevents plugging and clogging.
Continuous slot wedge wires provide large open area than perforated metal pipes or slot pipes used in water well applications.
Strong longitudinal support rods supply excellent pressure-resistant performance
