The stainless steel wedge wire screen filter nozzle with threads coupling consists of V-profile wire stainless steel spirally wrapped in equal slots. Mounted supports maintain slot size and add extra strength. Each end of the nozzle has a cover, with each wire and rod spot welded. The fitting pipe is adjusted according to the thickness of the set bottom plate, and the nozzle is completed by welding the fitting pipe to the cover of the down end after setting the screw according to the nut type.
