Stainless Steel Flat Weld Wedge Wire Screen Johnson Screen Panel (also known as side hill screens, parabolic screens, run down screens, gravity screens and DSC Screen) can be custom designed to separate solids from liquids in various applications including food processing, pulp and paper, waste water clean up, surface water intakes, corn wet milling, coal preparation, and gold recovery.

This product is made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rods, creating adjacent wires with fixed-value slot tubular bodies. Each intersecting point is fusion welded for sturdy construction and excellent mechanical properties. The profile wire and support rod can be axial or radial wire, available in internal filtration or external direction filtration configurations. We can customize flow direction and shape to meet specific application requirements.
