Utilize the tip spacing on both sides of wedge wire screen filter to control the filtration density. It can reach absolute rating 96% and the finest mesh size is 15micron (800 mesh), and the outer diameter ranges from 25mm to 914mm which can create more flexible space.
High pressure tolerance
There are various specifications on supporting wire and wedge filters with the cross-sectional area of 1-26mm2 which can withstand various high pressure. The wedge filter is twined with supporting wire and its intersection points are welded together to make an excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance which will not cause excessive expansion, deformation or leaking problem like mesh.
